Hi, I’m Hana, a qualified therapist registered with BACP. I specialise in supporting people who are navigating trauma, addiction, and dependency on addictive or emotionally unavailable partners. I offer a compassionate space where you can begin to make sense of your story at your own pace.

My approach is person-centred, grounded in the belief that you already carry the inner resources needed for healing and growth. I am also trained in psychodynamic theory, which allows us to gently explore how past experiences and relationships may still be shaping your present patterns.

Alongside individual therapy, I am also certified to work with couples. In couples therapy, I focus on communication patterns and conflict dynamics, supporting partners who feel stuck in recurring arguments, misunderstandings, or emotional distance. Together, we explore what lies beneath these cycles and develop healthier ways of expressing needs, listening with empathy, and rebuilding trust and connection.

I work with clients of all genders, ages, and backgrounds, and I care deeply about creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental environment. Therapy with me is collaborative and thoughtful - a space where you can reconnect with yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.

Why Karuna? The term Karuna, rooted in Sanskrit, embodies the strength of compassion and the deep empathy that moves us to respond with care when others are in need.
My approach to therapy is grounded in Karuna. I believe that healing begins in a space of genuine compassion, understanding, and non-judgment. By offering a warm and attentive presence, I support clients in exploring their experiences and creating meaningful change.
